Supporting Art In Our Schools
The "Art By Jeanne" Benefit Trust, was established by the family of Jeanne Vanderbeek Downey in 2014, in order to support art education programs in local school districts. Her talent and her love for the Arts brought her much joy in her life, and one of her wishes was to see that love of the Arts continued even after she left this earth.
The purpose of this site, and this trust, is to be able to award a scholarship to a school or an individual who has shown true art appreciation, and shows great promise in continuing down the path of keeping art in their lives and their community.
